CEEREF offers a comprehensive range of real estate projects under the various Units of the Securitisation Fund registered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with a focus on some of the most exciting markets of Central and Eastern Europe (New Europe). The range currently offered by CEEREF comprises Sub-funds which allows investors to construct a portfolio of real estate projects, or they can select the Diversified Sub-fund which provides exposure in all Sub-funds according to their needs. The development of the real estate markets in New Europe is occurring at different speeds and it is not easy to know which market will deliver the best returns for real estate investors. However, the fund managers of CEEREF are looking for value through a combination of development projects with high internal rates of return (IRR) to a mixed portfolio of commercial real estate which provides more predictable but lower rates of return. Through CEEREF, investors have the choice to decide on individual country real estate funds or a "basket" of countries of their choice, or the Diversified Portfolio covering all of the Sub-funds.
